Terms of use

These terms apply to the website tichkuly.com, the app at app.tichkuly.com and the Tichkuly CRM mobile apps. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Tichkuly CRM lets a business keep its customers, make quotations and invoices, record payments and expenses, keep stock and set reminders. It is free to use today. If paid plans are introduced later, you will be told before anything is charged, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

Your account

• Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself.
• You are responsible for what is done under your account and by the staff you add.
• You can delete your account at any time from Company settings, under My account.

Your records

The records you enter are yours. You are responsible for their accuracy and for having the right to hold your customers' details. You give us permission to store and process them only so the service can work for you. Keep your own copy: the owner of a company can download an Excel backup whenever they like.

Tax and accounting

Tichkuly CRM is not accounting software and does not file tax returns. It can add VAT to a document and print a tax invoice, but you are responsible for whether you may charge tax, for the content of your documents and for meeting the tax rules that apply to your business. Ask an accountant or tax adviser if you are unsure.

Fair use

• Do not use the service for anything unlawful, or to send documents that are false or misleading.
• Do not try to reach another company's records or to disrupt the service.
• Do not copy or resell the service.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running and your records safe, but it is provided as it is, without a promise that it will always be available or free of errors. Features may be added, changed or removed.

Limits of responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost profit, lost business or other indirect loss from using the service or from being unable to use it. Nothing here removes rights that the law says cannot be removed.

Changes to these terms and contact

If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top will change and we will say so in the app. Questions can be sent to support@tichkuly.com.
